Welcome to Pacific Motorcycle Training, the top school to learn how to ride a motorcycle safely in the San Francisco Bay. During our classes, you will learn everything you need to know to ride and control your motorcycle safely. Whether you are interested in learning the basics of riding a motorcycle—and getting your license endorsement—or simply improving your motorcycle skills to be safer on the road, come with us and we will provide you with the best classes you can get in the San Francisco Bay. We are part of the California Motorcyclist Safety Program and all of our instructors are certified to teach the Total Control riding courses.

eRider option available at this location

At our South San Francisco site, we are offering eRider. The eRider online classroom is a six hour course that can be done at your convenience and in the comfort of your home. It is highly interactive, using video and other features to address risk management, riding strategy, roadway management, impairments, and special riding situations like carrying passengers and group riding. Participants complete all classroom activities (6 chapters) before the first riding session.

The eRider is a great option for students who are successful at learning in an individualized, self-paced environment. For students who want an environment where they can ask questions and interact with a live instructor, then our traditional courses with the online Zoom classes may be the best choice. Please note which class you are signing up for when you register. Please check our eRider FAQs page for eRider system requirements.

"Often it's hard to retrain the way you do something. I've rode 1 form of a motorcycle or another since I was a child. This course was worth taking especially when you consider how it improves your safety while riding. I'm thankful to the instructors, it was an enjoyable experience that I'm sure will pay off while riding."

"Great motorcycle training program. Ofir was an excellent instructor and mentor. And I would definitely recommend anyone looking to improved or learn motorcycle skills to take this course. Only thing I would suggest to new riders is find a scooter or a small motorized bike to help you with balance so you can keep up with the class."

"Instructor Colleen was the best instructor! Made everybody feel comfortable, willing to answer any questions, and was very happy to help! Showed nothing but Patience and was always asking if we had any questions. Very great course!!!"
― Diana Jimenez
"I m an experienced rider and still learned a lot. The range exercises in particular build a lot of confidence. I d recommend this course to any rider."

"This was the best class I have ever taken. The teachers were amazing, especially Craig. His guidance and teaching style was so approachable. So often teachers talk at you but not the case with this program. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Instructors: Isaac and Christorpher were incrediblely attentive to detail and immediately gave advices to proper riding. Their expertise is absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested to immediately sign up for the course. The lecture and riding lessons gave me the opportunity to understand my weaknesses and how to fix it. Shout-out to the instructors! You guys rock!!!"
― Johnny Tran
"I took the intermediate class which reinforced and built on things I learned in the basic class. There was a lot of practice which was great, and fun. It was a hot day so at the end of it we were all pretty tired. Lecture and class setup were good for Covid-19, and broke up the sessions well. We had 2 instructors and several helpers for 10 students. I had my own bike, but the rentals were very cool 500cc Harley Davidsons!"
